Delivery Date: Estimated Delivery Date are shown at the Products Page & Check-out. These Estimates depend on your specific Pin-Code / Location and the Items you have Purchased / Ordered.
Generally, the Orders are Delivered within 3–10 Business-Days from the Date of Dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Date will be provided, but, the Date is not Supposed to be considered Final as that’s just an Approx. Date of Delivery.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the Proof of Delivery is attached to a Tracking Number, then, SCENES is not Responsible for the Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items.
All Risks are assumed by the Courier. -
Damaged Packages: If you Receive a Damaged-In-Transit Package, then, Kindly Contact our Customer-Support Team at support@scenesinc.com.
Our Customer-Support Team will work with you to Resolve the Issue. -
Delivery Attempts: All Deliveries will be attempted Twice. If the Customer is Un-Able to receive the Package on the 3rd attempt, then, the Order will be Returned to SCENES, and an Additional Fees will be Charged for further Shipping attempts.
