RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At SCENES, we strive to provide you with the Best Possible Shopping Experience.
However, we Understand that any Un-Foreseen Issues might Occasionally Arise.
Here’s our Clear and Transparent Return & Replacement Policy:

Damaged, Defective or In-Correct Products: In the Un-Likely event that you receive a Damaged, Defective or an In-Correct Product, then, Kindly Contact our Customer Support-Team within 48 Hours of Delivery.
We will Require the Videographic & Photographic Evidences of the Damaged, Defective or an In-Correct Product to Initiate the Replacement Process. -
Replacement Only: We do not offer Returns or Refunds for any Reason, including the Change of Mind, Dis-Satisfaction with the Product or Refusal to accept the Delivery by the Recipient once the Package reaches at the Destination-Address.
However, if you receive a Damaged, Defective or an In-Correct Product, then, we shall provide a Replacement or Refund (as the Case may be) to you. -
Replacement Procedure: To Request a Replacement (subject to Availability in our Stock and also only in the Case of Damaged, Defective or an In-Correct Product), Kindly E-Mail us at support@scenesinc.com with your Order-Number, a Description of the Issue, and Clear & High-Definition Photographs and Videos of the Damaged, Defective or an In-Correct Product.

Replacement Eligibility: Replacement Requests are subject to Verification by our Customer-Support Team.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Replacements if the Damage is deemed to be caused by Mis-Use, Neglect or Im-Proper Handling of the Product. -
Conditions for Eligible Returns: We Accept Returns (only if Applicable) and provide Replacement (subject to Availability in our Stock) or Refund (only if the Replacement of a Damaged, Defective or In-Correct / Wrong Product received by you is not Available in our Stock) whichever is Applicable.
To Qualify for a Return, all of the following Conditions must be met:
• The Issue is Reported to us within 48 Hours of Delivery.
• The Order Details.
• The Product is Un-Used, Un-Worn, Un-Cleaned, Un-Damaged and in its Original Condition.
• The Product must not have been Altered, Damaged or Re-Sized.
• The Product Labels & Tags are Intact and Un-Broken.
• The Return includes the Original Packaging, Invoice, Certificates, Labels & Tags, Original Documentation and Warranty-Cards etc.
• You will have to provide Clear & High-Quality Photographs and Videos showing the Damage, Defect or an In-Correct / Wrong Item.
Once your Request for the Return is Reviewed and Approved, then, you will receive the Return Shipping Instructions.
The Product to be Returned must be Securely Packaged with the Original Packaging, Invoice, Certificates, Original Documentation, Warranty-Card and Tags Intact etc.
If the Conditions and Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund (as the Case may be) are not Fulfilled, then, such Orders will be sent back to the Customer.
We Aim to Process the Eligible Returns Swiftly and Fairly.
Kindly Ensure that all the above Criteria are Fulfilled to Avoid any Delays or Rejections. -
Return Shipping: If the SCENES arranges the Return Pick-up, a Logistics Fee (at Actuals) (and if any applicable Fees and Duties) will be Deducted from the Value of your Refund Amount.
If you Choose to Self-Ship, then, Kindly use a Reliable & Trackable Courier-Service.
Ensure that the Product is Securely Packaged to Prevent any Damage during the Return-Transit.
Kindly Note that the SCENES is not Responsible for any Loss or Damage incurred during the Return-Transit if the Shipment is not arranged by us. -
Final Inspection, Quality-Check (QC) and Replacement or Refund Issuance: Once we receive your Returned Product, then, our Quality-Assurance Team will Conduct a Rigorous & Thorough Inspection and Quality-Check (QC) to Verify the Compliance with our Return Conditions.
If all the Criteria are met, then, within 15 Business-Days you will receive a Replacement or a Refund (whichever Case is Applicable in your Issue).
In Case of a Refund (if Eligible) you will have to provide the Correct Bank Account Details for the Refund to be Successfully Processed) within 15 Business-Days after adjusting any applicable Fees and Duties.
SCENES Reserves the Right to Decline any Replacement or Return whichever is Applicable that does not Fully-Comply with our Return Policy Conditions.
We also Reserve the Right to Modify or Dis-Continue this Policy at our Discretion, without Prior Notice. -
Replacement Time-Frame: Once your Replacement Request is Approved, we will Dispatch / Ship the Replacement Product (subject to Availability in our Stock) at the Earliest-Possible Time.
The Delivery Time-Frame for the Replacements may vary depending on your Location. -
