At SCENES, we are Committed to providing you with the High-Quality Products, Exceptional Service and Ensuring Complete Customer-Satisfaction.
However, we Understand that any Un-Foreseen Issues might Occasionally Arise.
Here’s our Clear and Transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Parcel-Opening Video and Photographs: Any Request regarding the Replacement or Refund without the 360⁰ High-Definition Video-Graphic Evidence of the Parcel-Opening / Un-Boxing is not Eligible for any Replacement or Refund (as the Case may be).
Kindly Ensure that you Record the Package being Opened from the Sealed state for your Claim to be considered. -
No Refunds: We do not offer Refunds for any Reason, including the Change of Mind or Personal-Preferences, Size-related Issues (Unless the Error is on SCENES’ Part), Personalized / Custom-made Products or Dis-Satisfaction with the Product.
Hand-Crafted Products may contain Minor Design Im-Perfections, which are a Natural Product of the Human Role in the Process. It is not a Damage or Defect for which a Replacement or Refund would be provided.
All Sales are Final.

Conditions for Eligible Returns: We Accept Returns and provide Refund only if the Replacement of a Damaged, Defective or an In-Correct Product received by you is not Available in our Stock.
To Qualify for a Return, all of the following Conditions must be met:
• The Issue is Reported to us within 48 Hours of Delivery.
• The Order Details.
• The Product is Un-Used, Un-Worn, Un-Cleaned, Un-Damaged and in its Original Condition.
• The Product Labels & Tags are Intact and Un-Broken.
• The Product to be Returned must be Securely Packaged with its Original Packaging, Invoice, Certificates, Original Documentation, Labels & Tags, Warranty-Card etc. Intact.
• You will have to provide Clear Photographs and Videos showing the Damage, Defect or an In-Correct / Wrong Item.
Once your Request for the Return is Reviewed and Approved, then, you will receive the Return Shipping Instructions.
We Aim to Process the Eligible Returns Swiftly and Fairly.
Kindly Ensure that all the above Criteria are Fulfilled to Avoid any Delays or Rejections.

Return Shipping: If the SCENES arranges the Return Pick-up, a Logistics-Fee (at Actuals) (and if any applicable Fees and Duties) will be Deducted from the Value of your Refund Amount.
If you Choose to Self-Ship, then, Kindly use a Reliable, Trackable Courier-Service.
Ensure that the Product is Securely Packaged to Prevent any Damage during the Return-Transit.
Kindly Note that the SCENES is not Responsible for any Loss or Damage incurred during the Return-Transit if the Shipment is not arranged by us. -
Final Inspection, Quality-Check (QC) and Replacement or Refund Issuance: We Aim to Process all the Refunds as Efficiently as possible. Once we receive your Returned Product, then, our Quality-Assurance Team will Conduct a Thorough Inspection and Quality-Check (QC) to Verify the Compliance with our Return Conditions.
If all the Criteria are met, then, within 15 Business-Days you will receive a Replacement or a Refund (whichever Case is Applicable in your Issue).
In Case of a Refund (if Eligible) you will have to provide the Correct Bank Account Details for the Refund to be Successfully Processed) within 15 Business-Days after adjusting any applicable Fees and Duties.
SCENES Reserves the Right to Decline any Replacement or Return whichever is Applicable that does not Fully-Comply with our Return Policy Conditions.
We also Reserve the Right to Modify or Dis-Continue this Policy at our Discretion, without Prior Notice. -
No Cancellations: Once an Order (whether Domestic or Inter-National) is Placed and Confirmed, it cannot be Cancelled or Modified.
Kindly Review your Order Carefully before Completing the Check-out Process. -
Special Cases: In the Rare Case that we are Un-Able to Process your Order due to Un-Foreseen Circumstances, we will offer you a Refund of the Paid Amount.
Kindly Note that the Refunds are not available for the Transactions made.

Order Modification: We Understand that Errors / Mistakes can occur during the Ordering Process.
If you Realize that you have made a Mistake in your Order Details (such as the Shipping Address or Contact Number), then, Kindly Contact our Customer Support-Team Immediately via. E-Mail or Whats-App.
While we cannot Guarantee the Modifications, we will do our Best to accommodate your Request if the Order has not yet been Processed for Dispatch / Shipment. -
Damaged, Defective or In-Correct Products: Our Products under-go Tremendous Quality-Check (QC) Processes in order to Ensure that only the Eminent Products are Delivered to you.
Damage during the Transportation Process is Rare.
However, in a Rare & Un-Expected Case that you receive a Damaged, Defective or In-Correct Product, then, Kindly Refer to our Return & Replacement Policy for Instructions on how to Request the Replacement or a Refund.
